Q1: What if my insurance isn’t listed? If your insurance provider isn’t listed, reach out to us. We may still be able to work with your plan or offer alternative payment options.
Q2: Do you offer self-pay? Yes, self-pay is an option. Please call for rates.
Q3: What information do I need to provide for insurance verification? You'll need to provide your insurance ID card, date of birth, and the primary policyholder's information.
Q4: Can I change my payment method after starting therapy? Yes, you can change your payment method at any time. Please inform our office ahead of your next session to make the necessary arrangements.
